What do you do at Grafana Labs?

I’m an Engineering Manager on the Grafana team. I joined Grafana because I’ve been a long time user, but also feel like I’ve been part of the community for a long time, too. Being able to come join Grafana Labs and being able to bring my full self feels like living the dream.

What open source projects do you contribute to?

I mostly have done more community-driven events, like participating in DevOpsDays in various cities.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love gastronomy and the delights therein. I seem to be drawn towards wine and gin. (Separately of course! Unless it’s a dry martini.)

What’s your greatest achievement?

Moving country not once, but twice. Probably the biggest thing I’ve ever done, and most challenging.

What’s the last thing you’ve gotten off your bucket list?

Learning to sabrage! It’s been a thing I wanted to learn for awhile, but now it’s a well-known party trick of mine. I think the best time I did it was for Grafana 7, with a champagne glass.
